it's time.
it's time.
it's time to start losing fats.

target:
o1. 45kg
o2. flat tummy
o3. i'll be happy if i reach either target

plan:
o1. go jogging tomorrow
o2. possibly swimming too if i can make it
o3. i want to gym tomorrow too
o4. do at least 50 sit-ups/crunches every night before sleeping

more feasible plan:
o1. stop going to macs
o2. no more kfc
o3. bk, ljs and yoshi too
o4. prata is out, except for the date with nex which is still in the process of deciding
o5. no chips
o6. stay away from coke, pepsi, 7-up, sprite, carbonated water in general

finally:
o1. i really hope i achieve at least a little something
o2. fats is good for you
o3. i love me tummy!!
